Friends of Boggs Mountain participated this year in Middletown High School’s “Reach-A-Dream” scholarship program. The program is community funded to provide graduating seniors who are moving on to higher education, trade schools, or entering the armed forces with scholarship awards. Each applicant goes through a rigorous application and interview process. This year’s awards ceremony was held on May 29, 2025 at Middletown High School. Friends of Boggs Mountain proudly awarded this year’s scholarship to Shaylee Rudy. Shaylee with a 4.0+ GPA excelled in all academic areas and held leadership roles in the many clubs and activities she participated in. She is the recipient of many awards and as an ardent volunteer has logged many community service hours. Shaylee will be attending Willamette University in Oregon this fall. We congratulate her on a job well done and wish her much success in the future.
