Thank you to the great group of trail volunteers who showed up to work on bringing back Ball Cap trail on Sunday April 19! The sun came out and conditions were perfect for digging as the team set out to dig up stumps and cut a new trail bed. Volunteers like we had on Sunday have enabled us to restore over 17 miles of trails at Boggs.Thank you again for our crew today and all who have made it possible to bring back our trails.

Please be advised that CALFIRE will be clearing brush using a heavy masticator in the Calso Camp and surrounding area over the next few days and weeks. Please use caution when hiking in the area and stay clear of machinery.![]()

With spring comes increased vegetation encroaching on trails and repair of weather related trail damage. Consider joining us in preparing the trails for the summer ahead. We will meet on Sunday April 19 in the morning and work until approximately 12 noon. Depending on the crew, we will be brush clearing on various trails, and possibly clearing the alignment of John's Trail. More information will follow for those who sign up.![]()
