Please note there will be an event in Boggs Mountain Demonstration State Forest impacting use May 6th – May 7th. For the first time since the Valley Fire events are returning to BMDSF which help with a much needed boost for our local economy. There is a permitted mountain bike race over the coming weekend. May 6th-May 7th there is an 8-hour race where riders will do a series of loops over the course of 8 hours. For any road crossings there will be course marshals monitoring for traffic and when it’s safe for riders they will let you through to get to your desired location.
